Shipping & Returns


Shipping within the Republic of South Africa only. 

R99 Flat rate and free with a purchase of R1000 or more.

Parcels get handed over to our courier partners on  Mondays for the time being and take between 1-3 days to be delivered once collected. Please email if you require an urgent delivery, and a plan can be made to accommodate your needs. Please do not contact our instagram regarding your orders, as messages can often go unseen.

Your purchase from Boe validates the following shipping agreements:

  • Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address.

  • Customer agrees not to hold Boe  responsible for a package that is lost or damaged by the courier service.

  • Customer agrees Boe  is not responsible for any package that is stolen from the customer's address.

  • If your package is lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen), you agree Boe will not be held responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered".


We offer the option to collect your order free of charge from our location in Durbanville for customers based in Cape Town. The full address will be provided to you upon checkout and sent via email upon placing your order. 




We strive to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase, however we do acknowledge that sometimes you might change your mind. If you do need to return an item, please email us to request a return within 7 days of receiving you order and we will advise you of the next steps.


Please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund (unless the remainder of your order after the refund is over the total required for free delivery).


We take the utmost care to package your items safely to avoid any damage in transit. Should you receive a damaged item, please email us as soon as you can with your order number and images of the damage and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
